Plan the voice budget for a course
Estimate narration across multiple lessons, with room for edits and regenerated sections.
Count lessons with narration
Use the number of lessons you will actually generate in a billing month. A course published all at once and a course recorded over several months create different subscription requirements.
Include revision rounds
Pronunciation changes, edits to examples and rewritten passages all create more generation work. Choose a retake allowance that reflects your process. A large allowance is not a claim that a vendor requires more retries.
Do not treat every credit as narration
The supported product uses a shared credit pool. If you also use speech recognition, music, dubbing or sound effects, those activities reduce the pool available for voiceover. This tool assumes all included credits are available for the narration workload you enter.
Check rights and accessibility separately
A cost estimate does not establish permission to clone a speaker, use a brand voice, or distribute course material. Review the vendor's commercial terms and prepare accurate captions as part of production.
